Ouch!	02/21/05
Well, for the past week or so, www.dan-smith.net has been offline. My FreeBSD server had a piece of RAM go bad, and well... files became corrupt. After doing what I could to salvage my files from the machine, I ended up reinstalling the OS and all of the software. Much thanks to Matt for his help with getting BSD set up once again.

Software Projects

Today I updated the software projects portion of the site, including two of my existing projects, as well as one that I plan on starting as soon as time permits.

Additionally, I updated the webpages section to include one of my current projects, www.fourseason.org, which is a database-driven website for a hunting club. Furthermore, I re-linked the www.dustudents.org webpage to a local backup, since it looks as if the original will never return.

So all in all, my website is progressing! This next term I should have some free time between classes, so hopefully I can expand it even further. Thanks for visiting!

Update Time

Its been a while since I've done anything to this page; things have been so busy these past few months. For almost two straight terms I was working 24 hours a week while taking 18 & 15 credits, respectively. That left little time to spend updating the ol' homepage. Hopefully as graduation approaches I'll have the time to overhaul this site (yet again), with possibly another re-design, or at least finish up the currently unused software sections.

However, for now, I've updated my resume to include my last Co-op, as well as included it for download in both Word and PDF formats.

Note: Its come to my attention that www.dustudents.org, as linked from both my resume and the webpages section on this site is having some technical difficulties. This will hopefully be resolved soon.
